I've tried all sorts to whiten my teeth; crest whitestrips, laser, peroxide etc. This has been the only thing I've used that actually works. You need your own teeth moulds. You can buy your own mouth guards for cheap, I had some already for teeth grinding. I've only used twice for x40 mins each time. I wouldn't use overnight, otherwise your teeth might be TOO white. I drool when I have the mouthguards in, so I stuff some kitchen roll in my mouth to absorb it.
