Handy tool for the box
Have already used it on my outboard engine and lawn tractor. Takes the guesswork out wondering if you have a spark and does it safely with the spark enclosed in the tube especially when there is petrol fumes around. Only small complaint I would have is that it is difficult to keep it at the setting you choose because the movable part is slightly loose, a little tension spring would be a good idea. All in all it does what it says on the tin and a handy tool to have in the toolbox.Have already used it on my outboard engine and lawn tractor. Useful bit of test gear
This does all it needs to do, which is to test whether the ignition system is producing a healthy spark. Useful markings on the sleeve so you can set the spark gap as required. Only thing that could be improved is that the adjustment knob is quite loose in its thread, it would be nicer if it had a bit more friction. That doesn't stop it working though!

Spark tester
Needed to test sparking system on my outboard motor. You can buy a simple inline plug light which works but in my opinion this is better as you can tell the spark strength on each cylinder by lengthening the electrode until you can see which cylinder is weakest, not just a spark tester this tests strength of spark!
