Come November I add 30-40ml of fuel stabiliser to a tank full of new petrol and come the spring the engine starts first time without all of the problems that one experiences with 'stale' fuel. Wonderful stuff and can be used in all four stroke petrol engines; cars, lawnmowers, blowers, chainsaws, etc. Wouldn't be without it. If you have ever spent hours stripping and cleaning carbs, you won't do it twice!! Recommended.
