Warning: £ 69.99 for a very poor quality jacket with a zippers doesn’t work. The seller received their Returned faulty item weeks ago but still doesn’t give me back my money. I need to asked PayPal to step in to get my money back.

Attempted to refund as soon as faulty item eventually arrived back to us however buyer had opened case with their bank outside of eBay which then prevents the refund from being able to be issued through eBay taking it out of our control as it must then be resolved through the buyers bank, delaying the whole process that would have been promptly refunded as soon as it had arrived back.
