Value for money not your usual over priced book and cd. Book shows the research why sugar harms&invades our systems. It explains how it blocks the bodies system of producing the signals both in the mind and physiologically in a way no other chemical does. It is worth reading if not just to understand in lay man's terms about sugar to make an informed choice. I Cannot it recommend enough. It works, I gave up processed sugar the day I read it. It's been two weeks. It's been a rough two wks but worth it. I recommend to Read the book.
