    Try what have you got to lose

    Not to sure about this product on it’s own but I’m using in a stack with other natural products for my training I’m 50 years old and dose seem to be wake in the morning 😂

    Good for menopause related joint pain

    Got this for joint pain (due to menopause) and seems to have had good effect. Dosage on packet (1 gram) suits me - some websites suggest taking 3 -9 grams but 3 gave me low BP/ nausea as I’m borderline hypothyroid. Have read you need to be careful with MACA if hypothyroid.
