connectors reversed
What was annoying was the fact that the water inlet and hot water outlet connectors were trans-versed, which meant that I had to "adjust the plumbing for the inlet. Other than that this "HYCO" model is OK. The previous water heaters (several over the 15 years) worked just as well. I was a bit annoyed that this one seemed to be "Non" standard
