Keyboard has been tested before shipping. We have tried to contact buyer for the details. Provided ebay return for refund solution. However, after asking buyer if original keyboard or laptop got some water or liquid spill before. Buyer stops reply to us. So, we believe something wrong with buyer's laptop keyboard connector, need to be cleaned up properly or replaced as well.
