I offered seller possibility of partial refund to compensate for lost beeswax pellets and hassle, but seller did not respond to me nor eBay, so eBay completed full refund to me after case was opened and seller not responding. My prior purchase of similar product from this seller had been satisfactory, not sure what happened this time.
