Transaction went really smoothly, remote control arrived on time as per the advert. However Samsung TV doesn’t recognize it as a genuine remote, although it does work fine as a basic remote but won’t do everything I need. I am not going to bother returning as it does most of what I need. I had read previous reviews before purchasing so I suspected it was not a genuine remote in the he first place, as ITV is a third of the price. However quick service, easy to deal with.
