I can afford to use the best but I also like trying new items to see if I like them. I LOVE these markers! I don't know if they are made for knitting, but they are PERFECT for the job. They are rubber (or a rubber-like substance) and the perfect size and weight. I knit socks and the light/dark combination fits into my sock instructions. If you know, you know. I should have bought two.

Now you can color code different sections of knitting and still not get icky tarnish marks on your yarn. Seller is responsive to messages and pleasant to work with.
