I have found this product has helped greatly since taking it. I usually take it an hour before food and will order s box of sachets to take on holiday as due to restrictions at airports unable to take gel . I have only been taking it for three weeks now and only wish I'd known about it before ,

I was recommended this product for IBS. It made absolutely no difference to me, although like anyone on an IBS journey it is worth trying as it might just work. The suggested dose is for 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day. I took slightly smaller doses, but still 3 times a day. It lasted just under a week, which at £16, on average, makes this very expensive. It is also like wallpaper paste, so if you are not good with texture, take it in water instead. I would suggest psyllium husk for being cheaper and of a greater benefit.I was recommended this product for IBS. Helped somewhat

Enterosgel Does What It Says.
I have been using this product since last year and I am very happy with the results, so much so that I have recommended it to friends and family members and all who have used it have been pleasantly surprised by how well it does work. Has to be tried if you have persistent stomach problems.
