Called and asked if the helmet came with pinlock visor and informed it did. Delivered and no pinlock visor, very happy with the helmet. Called them to be told the visor was in the box when they checked but if I’m not happy send it back. I now have the hassle of sending it back. No offer of sending a visor out. I needed a helmet now and would have ordered from someone else if I’d known there was no visor. So an extra £27.99 to order a visor. Won’t be using them again, not trustworthy.

As per our conversation and ebay rules, if you are not happy with a product, you can return for a refund. We offered to pay for the return, you declined - so there was nothing we could do. This was a clearance item and reduced by over £200.00.
