Easy install and looks like a new dash
If you follow the directions it works great! My Infiniti dash had bubbled something terrible over the years (and yes I am the original owner even after complaining to Infiniti I was never notified of the dash recall) so although my car is 15 years old I was seriously considering buying another car because of the dash. In a last ditch effort to continue driving the car there isn’t even 100,000 miles on it, I decided to try the Coverlay dash board cover. The cover made my dash look like new, even the slight texture imprint looks like it was originally on the car! The only advice I’d give is on a bubbled dash not to cut any of the excess off...if you just place a little thumb pressure around the vent areas the cover fits perfect. If I can do it anyone can...I’m over 65 and a woman..it’s ... If you follow the directions it works great! Perfect Fit!!!
This probably the 6th or 7th dash overlay I have bought over the years. They used to cost less than $50 for years...after the sticker shock, it still beats the alternative! This one was for my 2003 Infinity FX35. Had to trim about 1/4" off a corner to achieve the perfect fit! Although my year model did not come with a passenger airbag, this overlay had the cutout and an insert...looks like I now have dual bags, which may come as a bad surprise to some future unlucky passenger.
