Product details unclear and unwilling to specify for some reason
I contacted this company to find out whether the spark plug was the correct one, was told that i should trust them when it transpired that it was different to that in the lawn mower manual. I explained that if they could tell me what plug was in the service kit i could check with Honda to see if it was suitable. The lady hung up on me at that point.
