V good overall. Fast delivery was impressive (= 3 days quicker than expected). Shape & fit of the hat is very similar to the image (fits down over my ears). Following other feedback comments - the hat I received doesn't smell bad, the square fabric pattern was unexpected and the label says 100% wool (although the material does not feel like previous woollen hats I've had). To be fair, the hat is good value: warm, comfortable and fits well. Would happily buy and/or use seller again. Thanks.
