Armature bearing puller.
Bought this set to do several jobs. First one used it to remove three bearings from an old skil saw which it did with ease. Took a bit of a while to find the best way to use it but it works very well. I only used the small bearing puller plate, it also has a larger round plate so you could remove some quite large bearings with it. Highly recommended and loads better than using three legged pullers. The delivery time was excellent, very pleased with it.Bought this set to do several jobs. Puller Set
On the outset this set looks a good buy but don't get fooled, the bearing clamps are alloy not steel pretty useless when you are trying to remove a hardened steel ring, threads on bolts and puller bar are very slack and could round off at any pressure, main bolt is not heat treated. Same old story you get what you pay for Don't bother with these if you want to be disappointed

After reading other reviews, I expected it to be just okay and able to achieve small jobs. I've just removed a 75mm diameter main bearing from a motorcycle crank with ease. All parts are manufactured from steel and the bearing holders appear to be cast iron looking at the finish. I also checked using a magnet because one review said they were aluminium, which is not the case with the set I have. Overall, excellent value for money, let's see how durable over time, but looks promising. After reading other reviews, I expected it to be just okay and able to achieve small jobs. Worth buying if you don't intend to use it every day. OK for DIY.
I gave it an OK as the quality of the casting is not as good as something like Sealey etc but then you would have to pay a lot more money. But all in all it's very good value for the price.
