Poor service, unreliable, and seller did not ship everything as pictured. Asked seller for assistance twice but was ignored both times. Ordered again hoping to get all socks pictured, patriotic ones were shown for both collections, but again was left disappointed and ignored. Seller read the responses but never bothered to reply either time. Also, quality of socks are not up to the standard Dr. Motion quality.

Why am I being asked to rate an item I never received, and reported to customer service for using fraudulent USPS mail label??? Seller doesn't respond to messages. Item was advertised 'free shipping', but tracking number status check stated I had to pick it up at post office. USPS informed me that the label was fraudulent and I had to pay $9.00. I refused as a matter of principle, even though I wanted the costume stockings. :-(

I purchased 5 pr of compression socks, and while 5 pr arrived, the included socks were different than those shown in the listing. I immediately reached out to seller, twice, waited until day three after receipt. Never heard a word from the seller.
