Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps.     ENDLESS EXCITING POSSIBILITES!!

    A longtime vegetarian, I refuse to give up Tacos!! Along with numerous other recipes; this TVP is by far the best I have ever had for all my meatless meals, and often combine it with cooked lentils. Great texture and perfect size! ( I reconstitute it with hot chicken or tomato chicken broth to enhance the flavor). Delicious in my eggrolls, lasagna, and made great "meatballs" and burgers, even "meatloaf" using this as a base.     Very good substitute

    An excellent meat substitute. Has good protein value. I usually soak it in a bit of vegetable broth (a little time in the microwave will soften it quickly.) I have used it in a variety of dishes (soup, chili, spaghetti sauce) with excellent results. It is even ok spread on a sandwich with vegan mayo. It makes me not miss meat at all. This is also a good quantity for the price since I've found that you don't need as much of it as the typical meat recipes (i.e. 1 lb. of ground beef for a pot of chili, etc.) 2 lbs will last a good while using it as a complement to a plant-based meal,

    Super Tasty Meat Replacement!

    This is my second time buying and using this product. I love it and have even taking it camping. It's a great value and it tastes delicious. I have made sausage meat by adding sage and spices, taco meat, I put it in chili, and even in an Italian meat sauce for pasta. It's so versatile. Can't wait to try it in a lasagna.

    1st time customer! I bought the kraft cheese. And powdered cocoa, also! Now, I start the morning, with chocolate/oatmeal/TVP/pwdrdmilk!!! I cook some rice to make lunch and supper. ie.
