    Chef's review

    I am an American chef for 40 years. Rice can be tricky to cook. This is because the age of the rice effects the moisture content - and the amount of water to cook with. This rice is - I think - aged. The amount of water needed is an exact 2:1 ratio - and it is perfect. The grains are nice and long, and it is not sticky. The flavor is great! This really is a "chef's secret" rice. Perfect rice every time!

    Basmati rice review

    A little expensive. But it’s a good product. A little dark even after it’s cooked it doesn’t have the white fluffy color of basmati rice but the taste is good.
