    North American Healthcare Arched Back Stretcher

    True Back hurts more, but works better. This North American Healthcare Arched Back Stretcher is padded and feels much better, but doesn't work as well. Does work, but takes much longer and more uses to get the same traction as with True Back. But True Back does hurt more because hard plastic on the back...but does stretch better. This NAHCBS does work and best for low pain days and in-between times with TB. It is also smaller, easier to store, and less expensive. Good for trips or on low pain days where a small stretch is needed. Did not hear the cracking that others have said they hear when using, and I do lift my legs and arms, etc. Would recommend the product for use with low level sciatic back pain. For major pain days, I suggest True Back, with use of this in between times for ...

    simple design with great results.

    i really like this product. it is a simple design but it really helps to relieve the pain across the full length of your back. all you have to do is lay on it. i checked you tube before i bought it and watched the videos of how to use it. all the reviews on you tube were positive.. i use mine daily after i come home from work and i have noticed a big difference. it is a good value too. this thing is like havine your own chiropractor.

    I Love It!

    I agree with majority reviews I read. The cushioning makes it so much more comfortable then those hard ones. I sit behind a desk a lot and been suffering from back issues for a while but I use this often on the floor at times I'll prop it up in my desk or TV chair for arch support and it has done wonders for me. I recommend this to anybody needing to correct postures. I also haven't had a need to take some pain meds as often I did before I purchased it. Can be a little painful at first use but once your relaxed and have used this a few times it gets easier and comfortable

    Arched Back Stretcher. A great item for spinal health.

    It's great in order 2 importantly stretch the back 2 avoid injuries and also 2 heal and rehabilitate existing injuries. It can also enable one 2 stretch the back in event U can't fully extend Ur arms full length do t a shoulder injury or ailment, such as shoulder bursitis or shoulder tendinitis. A great advised health and sports item benefitial for one to possess.

    Back Stretcher

    First off, this is of good quality materials and construction. I was excited to get it in hopes it could stretch my spine and help with the arch of my back. My advice is that you start using this before you begin to have spinal pain. Mine was fractured at the T12 many years ago and nothing has ever helped other than 6 months of chiropractic with the activator. A TENS unit helps but doesn't really help for long. This back stretcher would make a world of difference in somebody that can actually lay on it, which I, unfortunately, can not.
