Can’t fault customer service. Received my item and had a minor issue but they helped straight away and was so kind. Easy to assemble and fit. I feel it would be more secure if it had 2 fixings top and bottom either side. I used a cable tie just to make it more secure.

Just needs more choice on the length of bolts supplied for securing to the head restraints. 3 different lengths supplied but even the longest bolts weren't long enough to secure on BMW X3. Either fit the guard reversed without the supplied plastic nut covers or fit correct way around after purchasing longer bolts. Would have been quick and easy to fit had the bolts been long enough, hence 4*.
