    Have not read yet but am sure it will be great as all of James Cavell books are.

    Had book 2 in small size and was hunting for book 1 to read first. Ordered this book not realizing that it was book 1 and 2 combined in a full size hardback which was great. Now can start to read book as book 2 starts at chapter 48. Great price and fast shipping. Thank you
