Just a tad bit better.
The well designed standard Shubb capo has been my go to capo for years. When I saw this, I knew it was my new best capo. Nothing extreme here, just upgraded basics. The new black chrome doesn't stand out like a chunk of bright machinery latched onto the neck and with it's subtle profile, it's almost like guitar camo. The little wheel is an obvious smooth operational improvement over the little rubber cone and the shaped lever is a smoother grip though the old lever was never a problem. Not a lot different, just a bit smarter. I now have 2 for classical guitars and one for my steel string.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Unobtrusive on fingerboard
Almost invisible on the fingerboard. Perfect ! Looks very nice on the classical and flamenco guitars that i use. I like the black as there is no shine and matches the ebony fingerboard on my flamenco git. If I lost this one, I would buy another one to replace it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
