    Made a good seal with no leaks thanks to the doughtut washer and the easy to fit wing nuts.which tightens up nicely. Easy to follow institutions.

    The cistern close coupling conversion kit with the doughnut washer was a very good fit . Easy to install and came with new bolts and butterfly nuts for easy installation. The doughnut washer made a good seal and I have had no leaks by using this product.. The product was a very good price and arrived quickly in the post.. Easy to follow institutions on the plastic bag packaging, which came in very handy for thoses of us who find DIY difficult, but want to save money and try to do things our seleves.

    part used other parts did not use may be ok for some toilets but not mine

    The metal attachment bore hole was to small the rubber doughnut was poor quality and would not hold water when flushed it poured out . The wing nuts and bolts were ok suggest you use grease on these as they will rust

    Fantastic product .

    I can't praise this item enough , I bought this viva product after struggling with a screwfix kit which had a metal bracket made with thin steel so when clamping it just distorted , a doughnut that was so hard that it didn't compress and wing nut washers that were flimsy and just bent when used . The viva product had none of the above faults and has done the repair first time with no leaks .

    Convenient pack. All components required. Rubber washers on studs helpful.

    Easy to use and fit. The donut type seal is a much better method than the previous seal fitted over the pan rear entry. Keen price. I did add a coat of undersell to give added protection against corrosion.

    Ideal Standard Cistern Close Coupling Kit

    I have used this product previosly and the right parts for connecting Ideal Standard close coupled WC cisterns. However on this occassion my order placed on the 30th December 2023 has not arrived!! From the Post Office tracking information it has reached the sorting office in Swindon on the 5th January 2024 and there it has remained - HELP!!!!!
