Il prodotto risulta essere stato consegnato al punto di ritiro sin dal 04/05 (tracciamento su BRT/DPD), ma ancora non ho ricevuto il codice x ritirarlo. Mi sembra tutto molto strano.

come lei stesso dichiara il pacco è stato consegnato (confermiamo ed è tracciato) con netto anticipo sulla data dovuta all'indirizzo da lei richiesto. Se il suo Fermopoint non le ha inviato il codice di ritiro ovviamente dipende da loro o è nello spam.cortesemente verifichi con loro e vedrà che troverà il suo pacco che è lì dal 4 maggio. infine, una volta che l'avrà ritirato (attenzione che non finisca in giacenza) le chiediamo cortesemente di rivedere il suo feedback insinuatore. Grazie

Parcel was not complete. Very difficult to work with. Did not want to return on their cost. Asked to resend the missing parts. First discussion that it was complete, then request to let me buy myself, then that there are no missing parts available, then there are only used missing parts and last that new parts are sent. Vendor sent without agreement and no details and now blames me both to be at home for delivery..? Don’t even know when. Don’t have details to collect it as well. Very bad service
