Brilliant cost me £5 to fix my Epson printer I was going to chuck! I washed the ink pads, let dry-easy to remove-downloaded wic reset free, put in the key code I'd bought and it reset counters and all worked perfect. Bought at weekend so had to wait til Monday for key code, but well worth it. I am not computer savvy but if I can do it anyone can!! Very Happy customer!
