Came early very fast delivery I had a band that sits on the bracket came off and the wire kept moving and coming out so these are amazing me and my partner got a pair of nursing scissors and lined the scissors up with the hole and then push the scissors through then opened them slightly  to it makes it bigger, line the scissors with the bracket (bottom not top one) and then push the band slowly off and it will go onto the bracket then use the nursing scissors and to push the rest of sides
