The grains only took a few days to acclimatise and are producing a good tasting kefir already. It's a little thin still, though I know it will thicken as they settle more into their environment. Delivered next day after ordering. Grains packaged well. Used after a couple of days. I didn't expect much from a teaspoon sized amount of grains but they quickly grew in size. Followed instructions supplied and the grains quantity has just kept growing. It's only been a week and the taste of the kefir produced is getter better as the grains settle. Using supermarket full fat milk and a constant 20 degree room temp. Great item!
