Tracking initially okay, but very poor after May6th, staying in a depot for 4 days then also in Germany then UK with no notification from May 13th. Notification 'delivery today' on Wednesday 15th, but not delivered until Thursday 16th, just within time estimate, today Friday 17th still showing 'not out for delivery' or ' delivered' even though it's arrived. Screenshot included for seller to take up with delivery companies if needed.

The item was described as new. The item received was clearly not new with obvious signs of previous use and stains (see attached photo). It did not have the identification label showing in the listing. It does however work correctly in the intended application so I will use it and hope that it has a good portion of its life span left. With scams excepted, I have always had faith in descriptions seen on eBay so I look forward to seeing eBay's response to this unhappy experience.
