The brand-new, not-in-box never worn Ugg boots were fake. They didn’t even have insoles inside of the boot, so wearing them is impossible. The lining is obviously not sheep’s wool and instead is a cheap, shiny man-made alternative. These boots aren’t real! The outer color and material aren’t suede or Chestnut. After I purchased this item from this seller (and before it arrived) the seller said they were unreturnable. Good luck with that!
