Yes the hole in the throttle arm is too small for a Bosch / Qualcast 35s as previous reviewers have mentioned and probably needs a 2.1mm drill to make it a rattle-free fit for the 14SWG throttle actuator wire. Also I wasn't convinced the position of the hole in the actuator arm and the arc of operation would be as effective as in the original carburettor so I changed out the butterfly assembly using the disc from the new carb. After a bit of twiddling it fired up.
