The package I ordered was lost by the mailing system and the seller blamed me for it. The package was then incorrectly delivered and sent back to the seller and he refused to refund me despite the product being sent back to him, for which he blamed me for and continued to say it was my fault that the package did not deliver. This seller is extremely rude and refuses to accept any blame or even apologize for the situation that I know is out of both of our control, yet he continues to blame me.

Your address was listed incorrectly in the ebay shipping system. Not my fault.I offered to send a replacement, to a valid address, which you refused, breaching the ebay buyer contract.You were rude and demanding, never taking responsibility for your mistakes within the system (listing an incorrect/ no such addressee known) and just wanted your money back. 17 other buyers managed to get their orders in a timely fashion, so I don't know what to say other than I wouldn't sell to you again.
