When placing your order, note we operate a UK working day from Monday to Friday, and do not post items Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank holidays. We endeavour to post all orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) out the same day.

1.DELIVERY: Please be aware eBay delivery date is an estimated date. Standard post is first class, and you should allow 1-2 days. Every listing has various postal options from signed for, Next Day and Next Day before 1pm (at an additional cost if needed). We send most items by Royal Mail 2nd Class Business post unless otherwise stated on the listing. We may use alternative services at our descretion to satisfy the delivery time, or for larger orders. We cannot be held liable for delays by the postal service, and/or other courier we choose for delivery. In the first instance you should contact us if you feel the delivery has taken longer than expected.
2.CLAIMS: Any claim for short deliveries , damaged goods or incorrect items must be advised within 3 days of receipt of goods. If any goods supplied by the seller are shown to be defective to the satisfaction of the seller through faulty material and/or manufacturer workmanship, then the seller shall send replacement goods free of charge, or at the option of the buyer, refund the purchase price provided that the faulty item is returned within 3 months from date of despatch. 4.SIZES: Please be aware that many sizes shown are the industry standard sizes and may not be the physical measurement of the product. 1/2 & 3/4 threads for instance are BSP (British Standard Pipe) size which if measured would be 3/4" & 1" respectively. Flush valves stating 1.5" & 2" are the internal measurement of the threaded section and not the external measurement. If in any doubt then please contact us in the first instance.
