    Great oil but consider the FE version

    Very good for M32 and other Alfa gearboxes with notchy or stiff changes. I'd recommend the FE (fuel efficient) version though which is slightly thinner giving less drag and better for cold temps. If you're overfilling it makes no difference in terms of durability.

    Gear oil

    Gear change a lot better from cold and really slick once warmed, definitely worth changing and lot of reviews have pointed me to this oil for my Audi A4 it took exactly 4l although they may differ from model to model. Less than half the price of OEM which it's supposed to be anyway

    Made a difference.

    Own a volvo 740, had trouble with reverse and first gears. First gear now fine and reverse although not perfect is a lot better. Car also seems a lot smoother. Cheers (ginn740).
