I had tempered to clean the chain with hot water and baking soda and kosher salt and be very conservative  cleaning up color did not come back

This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.
