Happy with the toilet seat but the fittings (especially the underscrew nut/bolt) made it difficult to fit/tighten properly, so much that I had to buy separate fittings. It also didn't come with any fitting instructions - and if you have never fitted a toilet seat before is not the easiest thing to do (what order do the washers, etc go..for example) - easy of course when you know how (which the new fittings explained clearly)

Nice seat fast delivery but don't expect to get the seat in the pictures. the actual hinges are nothing like the pictures so what you see is not what you get. The one sent has cheap and flimsy hinges with lots of nuts bolts and washers but no instructions as to the order they go in. Had I known I wouldn't get the seat in the pictures I probably wouldn't have bought this item

Arrived on time and well packaged. Exactly as described but I found the small diagram on the front of the package which represented the assembly instructions to be difficult to understand. The Seller was quick to offer help and I managed to sort it out and the loo seat looks great. Perhaps instruction aimed at a complete novice - like me - with step by step instructions would be a better option. Only a thought, in all other ways I am a happy customer!
