A good alternative to other Brands.
Not tried B 4. I did read one negative review from a lady whose tan, fish died, though it seemed to me she had little idea about fish care having just changed the water. And so confident these worth a try having read other reviews, I did. My pond was losing water & I had incurable blanketweed, so I had just put in a new rubber liner & added features, including several new lilies replacing the contaminated ones, filled the pond, applied a litre of Fresh Start & salts etc & tested levels, then returned my Koi. Some of the aqua soil & pond grit dirt clouded the water, they worked 'slowly' at first, so much so my pond became more cloudy on the 1st application. And so I popped in the remaining balls two days later and now were almost 'crystal clear'. My pond is .2,000 gallons.Not tried B 4. I have a 20,000l pond, which has 2 pumps (24,000lph) feeding 2 pressurised uvc filters, but despite keeping these clean, I noticed a fair amount of suspended matter in the water, despite the water being almost clear. I placed 1 XL ball in my filter and waited for something to happen. A week later I added the other 2 directly to the pond. (3 XL balls for up to 60,000l) Waited again and guess what? Seems to help my algae problem
This year my pond has been the worst I have ever seen it with algae and sludge which is not normally a problem. I do clean my filter regularly and do a partial water change in the summer monthly. I have tried a few products this year but still had the murky water problems with difficulty in seeing my fish. I decided to try this product just recently and I do think it has made a difference so will keep on using it and in the future leave a further review of my progress with it which is ongoing.This year my pond has been the worst I have ever seen it with algae and sludge which is not normally a problem. Quality effect on the Pond
Very effective product my pond cleared in about 3 days and is now running clear. My pond is about 3 metres by 2 metres and has cleared for the better weather in Scotland...Very good result.

Very quick results to correct a Nitrite problem.
I have used lots of different products trying to get my filters up and running after the winter. This product corrected the Nitrite problem very quickly. The best value for money for my large pond.
