Well packaged, fast delivery and excellent value for money. I thought I had been sent the wrong ones due to looking different and having a different number. At first I couldn't get one to fit.
Customer service were excellent . They replied very quickly to my concerns. They reassured me that the ones I had been sent as they were newer models were cross compatible and that some printers needed more force to get them to fit . Glad to say the two cartridges I have fitted work .Excellent service.

I received a complete wrong item which didn’t match cartridge TS number it must be TS8200 one of these. But it wasn’t there so I had to return.
