FAKE ITEM. PUT THE OIL IN MY HAIR AND RUBBED HANDS ON MY FACE. MY EYES SWELL UP. NO ORGANIC NATURAL OIL HURTS ANYBODY. MOREOVER THE SELLER DEFENDED HER PRODUCT AND SAID I HAD ALERGY. MY SKIN IS PERFECT, NEVER HAD ALERGIES IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM EBAY. SELLER WAS FIGHTING TO PARTIAL REFUND GIVING MANY EXCUSES. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THIS ONE!!!

I tried to address the situation as best as I could with the buyer, I offered her a refund she declined and said she rather go through Ebay. I asked her to send me a picture of her swelling eyes she pretend she didn't see that part of the message. My oils are 100% authentic made in Jamaica by my grandmother. Not one of my customers never complained or had any reaction to my product. Moreover she didn't have a problem with the oil on her scalp, the problem was she put the oil on her face.
