Arrived very quickly. Looks much more solid in the flesh than in photos on-line - you'd have to be a determined thief to want to take it on! This also means it is quite heavy of course (the inevitable trade off between security and weight unless your pockets are deep enough for titanium) but the design means it is easy to drop in a haversack pocket etc. if you don't want to mount on the bike. I'm very happy with both the lock and the service provided.
