I received items which doesn't fit description and doesn't support standard capacitors 4-pin Vishay, BC Components... I reuested refound and to return items. Seller refused to provide eBay return label with tracking. Seller refused to take care for return cost. Don't buy from this seller.

The buyer complained that the PCB did not meet the requirements but refused to return it. I really doubt if he really made the purchase, or if he just wanted to find an excuse to deceive us with the item.
