About Us
We have one aim - to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment it reaches you, but we have the backing of multiple distributors with whom we are able to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers.

All our prices include VAT and since we ship from the UK Mainland we are able to provide a full VAT invoice for those companies who are able to claim the VAT back.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
 
Delivery Schedule
 
We endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis with few exceptions. However, if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering, as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
We also close for seasonal holidays & Bank holidays.
 
Back Orders
 
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
Tax Charges
 
Refresh eCommerce Ltd VAT registration number is 819 3265 18 - VAT is calculated on all transactions at 20%. A VAT receipt will be provided with your order.

We offer all our customers a 30-day no quibble money-back guarantee on all our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
In the event of malfunction we will guarantee the product up to a maximum of one year from the date of purchase (unless expressly stated within the listing) however we reserve the right to charge the cost of the cartridge plus a handling fee if we replace a cartridge returned by a customer which is later found to be empty.
 
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
 
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us or open a return via the ebay managed return process which we fully support. Please note that if you return an item using this method, we can only offer a refund for the item and NOT a replacement as this system does not allow any other resolution.

    great photo paper

    I have used this brand of photo paper for a couple of years now, they are coated on both sides - make sure you buy the correct photo paper that states it is gloss with matt reverse and says printable on both sides though, as there are other photo papers by this company that are just one sided - the double sided makes lovely post cards, I make post cards a lot on a program on my computer, i design a front and a back to the postcard and actually send them out in the post to people, they are really cute, these pro jet double sided photo papers print really well with my canon ink jet printer.

    Wouldn't use any other brand!

    Pro-Jet Photo Quality 110gsm Inkjet paper is the only paper I would use to produce high quality colour prints for laminated posters. I use Pro-Jet 220gsm Double Sided for indoor posters on glass doors etc and would never use any other brand.

    Good Quality - Repeat Buy Several times

    Good Quality results on an old Epson Printer using only compatible inks. I do not buy rubbish - but am a Yorkshireman - so do not spend too much either! This paper produces very good prints up to A4 size.
