I always end up coming back to Mandy. Her items are always top notch. No rough edges on some items like some do. I never have a problem on anything, whether it's just the length of the cords or things don't fit fully. With Mandy all I have to do is leave a message for her at the checkout page and she will make a chain a bit longer or shorter or recently she put a ring and toggle fastening on a bracelet for me because I can't manage the spring fasteners weather they're the round or lobster claw.
