Item never arrived. Seller said were sent second class but couldn’t explain why they still hadn’t been delivered. They then just ignored my request for a refund, luckily eBay stepped in and got me a refund. Disappointed as I thought these would be a nice addition to a birthday present.

Personalised chopping board came very quick. Looks absolutely great . My grandchildren loved the facts their names are on my chopping board above the biscuits. I would highly recommend this seller. Great communication. I have had a few chopping boards from this seller,biscuit ones and monster ones.

The personalised tin I received had a spelling mistake,HARRIOTT instead of HARRIET,which I politely pointed out to the seller. Her reply was very unconcerned, telling me to return the item and then she’d send out another one. This is meant to be a Xmas present in 5 days time!! There was no real apology. Further texts revealed a rude,couldn’t care less seller who would be good to avoid. She has no contrition and offers a poor service throughout. Worst seller I’ve ever engaged with!!
