We was more than happy to return your item but you had admitted in your messages you had cut the item up and used it for a weekend party.

Initially, I had to contact the seller before they even acknowledged the fact it hadn't been delivered. And I had to listen to them talking about 'missing labels' or some such. I was patient. As a result, DX had to outsource the delivery to a local courier with a smaller van.Throughout this process I have kept you updated
