Having initiated a return. They say I have to pay postage with is more than half the original cost so I have got someone to extend the power cable for me as that option is not viable.

Plugged item in once, the connection box blew apart and tripped the fuse board. Seller hasn't messaged to apologise and returns labels don't work so had to pay to post item back myself and got £1 towards packaging and postage... worst experience ever.
