The grains activated immediately and replicated within 48 hrs. Forgot to drain between milk additions for first few days but didn't have adverse affect. Been using secondary fermentation using shop bought kefir. These first ferments seem much better and more interesting.

Initially the grains didn't arrive, but I'm certain thst that was Roysl Mail and not the seller. The seller responds well to communication and is very helpful. They sent a replacement pack as soon as it became clear that the originals were missing. The grains were generous and are working very well. Very happy with this seller.
