Works (almost) as expected. Very good for my intended primary use (powering USB devices) and I also found another use while testing. Almost = the input power LED doesn't light up for single 1,5 (AA, AAA) batteries, so in this cases another check is needed to detect used up/discharged battery. (No problem for Li-ion batteries so far.)
