They may be extra dirty, have a split or broken slat, some nails sticking out, may need 10 minutes with a hammer and nails to make it study again or some other issue with them. We have had some upset customers who, despite this description, still think that they are receiving a brand new item so I cannot express enough that these particular boxes are NOT brand new and will have a small issue with them one way or the other hence why these are sold as cost price. No returns or refunds can be offered on these crates.”
